Founded in january 1982 by well known Bahamian architect Donald Dean R.A., The Architects Incorporated is registered
by the Professional Architectural Board of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and is licensed by the Bahamas Government
and the Grand Bahama Port Authority.
The firm's overriding objective, has always been to provide professional, comprehensive service in the field of architecture,
planning and related services.
It's fully computerized offices are equipped with the latest CAD technology and full scanning and digital storage facilities.
Currently we are involved in a substantial number of major projects in Grand Bahama, Abaco and Nassau.
We work all over the Bahamas, including all of the family islands.
As one of the leading architectural and interior design firms on Grand Bahama, The Architects Incorporated has been responsible
for some well known projects on the island on the Mall such as the new Police Headquartes in Freeport, the Imperial Life Building,
the Family Guardian Building, the Star General Insurance Building, the Canada Life Building, Castaways Hotel, Pajaro House, The
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the FOCOL Service stations.
In addition, it became the recipient of the Prime Minister's Bronze Award, for the New Supreme Court Design Competition.
